Hi Dave,
I have now sorted the problem. It was the actuator (electric motor sticking) if you remove the glove box 5 8mm bolts you will be able to see the 3 actuators on your right. the one in the middle back is the the sticky one. if you change the heater direction on buttons you will see this one doesn't move. I belive they are around £60 to replace but give it a wack and it might start moveing again. Ass this is a worm screw dont try and force it as you wont move it. Its prob getting stuck.
