Hi there, did it myself in the garage @ home. Agents didn't / couldn't want to tell me if I had to remove the bumper in order to do this. Also didnt assist with info of how to remove the bumper. I found a thread of someone removing a RS4 bumper with detailed pics, and the A6 was exactly the same. Accessories available also from
