I was told by my dealer both Blackberry Pearl and 8800 won't work with SAP in A6, however I find them both working fine including transfer of the address book.
It looks like the salesman at Audi tend to say it won't work if they are not knowlegable on the subject, seems the easiest option, not sure how productive though.
