Looks like they're going to do it as it should have been done under warranty but for some reason wasn't. Bit odd as the car was owned by Audi UK before I bought it.
The dealer claims that the BlackBerry 8100 isn't compatible with the MMI for address book transfer even after the software update but the US compatibility list shows that it is. Do you have any experience with this?
