I wouldn't disable the all wheel drive at all... I know it can be kind of counterproductive with your drifting, but if you get enough real torque to the wheels, it doesn't matter how many wheels are driving your car... I use my evo 385whp for drifting and it does just fine sideways, and I'll tell you at track days, there is more people around my (all wheel drive) drift car than anyone elses, this side of the WORK teams. Just do it, balls to the wall. All wheel drive is the way to go!!! And Quattro has the best AWD on the Planet.
