Default All-Weather Tires (Pirelli vs Dunlop)

Hi,

I'm new to the forum and am hoping to receive a few comments on which tires are preferred by Audi TT drivers. I own a 2001 TT 180hp which was outfitted by the last owner with a set of Toyo tires on the front and Marshall tires on the back. The Audi manual says to always keep matching tires on front and back, so before snow/ice hit this winter, I want to replace these tires with a full set of All-Weather tires. I'd love to have winter and summer tires, but I can't afford it.

I like the Pirelli and Dunlop tires and am wondering if anyone has had experience with each tire and could recommend one for the best wear/dependability. I'm considering the P6 from Pirelli and haven't yet selected a particular Dunlop model, but my father had them on an old Porsche and they seemed to wear well.

Opinions on any other models are certainly welcome!

Thanks,

Nathan
