Credit where it's due
I have just returned from the local Audi stealer.
As previously mentioned the A4 had a fog lamp full of water and a broken door handle, and I turned up this (Saturday 14 July) morning to book the car in for a fix.
My wife and I were asked to sit down and read the paper, get a cup of coffee, and the handle was fixed and a new fog light fitted there and then.
I was so taken aback, that I have booked the car in for its first service in a couple of weeks time, before I go on hols. At £269 including a courtesy car, it ain't cheap, but it's not that much more than my previous Golf so fair enough.
I'll keep you posted, but, at the moment, fair play to Stafford Audi.
