Try to raise the car so you can remove the undertray.Look for the cable from the under side near the drivers side headlight.If your lucky the cable is still connected at the front lock carrier.Pull on the cble and iy should open,if the cable comes away take it to a garage and ask them to do it as you will struggle on the floor to do this.Regards Jon
