1) Yes, very worth it!! Well you already have a very good engine, but you can gain a lot.

2) Very significant!

3) No, mpg stays the same as long as you don't use the extra power. It's a fair compromise. My car still do the same mpg at same speed.

4) Rougher??! Well my wheel have some dificult staying in the ground...
No. To be honest I was expecting same kind bad behaviour, but the engine keeps it's linearity.

I made an upgrade to my 2.0TDI and the car became (much) 'lighter', stronger and much more usable. I can now get to 235 km/h (measured with a GPS device; the car indicates about 250Km/h) but only because the cars is already 'cutting' power from engine (red line, at about 4700 rpm)
