I was able to finally locate my service manual. Start engine, drive for 5 minutes, accelerate above 3k RPM at least once, stop – don’t turn off car, put fuse in fuel pump relay, look at check engine light (center bottom light on dash). Light comes on – when fuse is in place - and does not flash. Apparently no fault codes stored. I also disconnected cold start injector during a warm start attempt and did not work. Frustration continues.
