How's it going?

Issue background: I have a 1999.5 new jetta with the 2.0l engine w/DIS. When driving, I step on the gas and the car sputters, feels like it is choking.

The car threw a code for the o2 sensor so I replaced both, I also replaced the spark plugs, cables and fuel filter hoping to solve the issue but the car is still doing it.

Any insight on this issue?
