Im guessing you mean the B7 S-line model ?? Is it less than 3 years old??
Ive not heard of a 35k service as they are normally every 10k on the 1.8T or 20k if the car has been put on the longlife service plan so i will answer your issue based on the 40k service from Audi which would include- Spark plugs/air filter/pollen filter change/ full break and fluids check for leaks(including engine/drive/steering) /lights check/door locks and catches check/underbody check for damage/wheel and tyre check/windscreen wash/wipe system check /road test and Vag-Com for read of fault codes......
