! I'm paying on average ~ $2.50 per gallon (~ 4 liters) for Premimum (RON>91). It's sort of hard to find the really high octane stuff in my local market. I saw today that Regular Unleaded (87) was going for $2.07 a gallon. However this was at a Citgo station which is owned by the Venezualan government. I think they are trying to make nice after their President's (wacko) comments at the UN this week .
Diesel is running higher at ~$2.75. American's just do not seem to like diesel cars. I think the sound reminds us to much of the big semi tractor trucks.
Come on over mate! Rent a car at JFK and drop it off at LAX. Shouldn't take you more than 4 or five days for the drive. All are welcome.
