Audi UK stating CHARACTERISTIC of the car.... just a cop out if you ask me...no other words we cant solve it so we will past the book..

I do know if you keep contacting AUDI UK by phone ie.. every other day and demand it sorted if still under warrenty they will give in...

if it was a problem with the design surely every A2 owner with the same engine will have the issue?? that way they would have to do a recall to resolve the issue..

Have you managed to get it sorted yet?
