Here are my thoughts as follows.
After reading this on your site i agree these are a good idea for the uk and maybe if the government put this into action it would lower the accident rate thus lowering our extortionate car insurance premiums. Might be worth getting some backing from your local MP's or getting a signed public petition together to present to the government.
