I just received additional information from official Audi dealer in Serbia. They told me they asked their technical support (probably in Austria) and they got the answer that there is
no official service to repair multitronic transmission. They said all official Audi services can just change the gearbox for refurbished or the new one. They also said there might be unofficial services able to do this, but they have no contact. Huh, I can't believe this.
Can you give me the name (Web site, mail address, phone) of the service which repaired your multitronic? Help please!
