could be a coil pack on its way out.... i had the same issue were when you put your foot down at low revs it felt like a little flat spot for a split second and then pulled... i replaced all coil packs and problem resolved.
You could just buy one coil pack and repalce it on one cylinder and try.. if no better swap to next cylinder and so on until you notice a differance.... or just buy all 4....
before buying get it on VAG_COM and it will state a "misfire on cylinder "X" is its a coil pack.
