I'm real close to buying a 2003 Passat wagon, 1.8T. Fully loaded and in very nice shape. Other than the obvious servicing, parts etc,,,, does anyone have any advice on the potential shortcomings of this model. I noticed it has the similar multi-link front end as my A4 so I expect that will cause me some grief later on.
