Legaumais is right. You can muddle your way through the French drop-down lists of option codes and cut & paste the results into the translator to figure out what each one is. You might also try calling Audi customer care and have them look up the codes, or just give them your VIN. Most of the codes listed on the sticker are basic features of the car (e.g. 1LB = ventilated front disk brakes).
