This is probably too late for you, but I just called AudiUSA and told them my VIN, and they told me which options and option packages I had in my "new" 1999.5 A4. The vehicle ID sticker is filled with 3-digit codes. Some of them are individual options even if they came in packages, but many are also price codes, emmissions codes, etc. AudiUSA could only tell me the factory-installed option packages and any factory-installed individual options, but that's all you really need.
